About Us

Franklin and Rosemary Mercera

I am the creator and Business Manager of Dealer Buys Houses Vegas, a local family-own company and a company with family-oriented values. My wife, Rosemary, and I have been residents of Las Vegas for 43 years. We made a wonderful life here. We have a beautiful daughter, son, daughter-in-law and, 2 lovely grandsons. I worked in the gaming business from 1978 until 1998. We have seen Las Vegas go through a lot of changes, a lot of improvements.

We are proud to call Las Vegas home. I love sports, exercising and cooking. My civic involvements include volunteering at the Women’s Resource Center of Southern Nevada and Catholic Charities.
At Church, I have volunteered for the Outreach Committee and St. Vincent de Paul Society.

My wife is a retired Assistant Principal for the Clark County School District. She has been volunteering in various local organizations for many years including the Smith Center, Women’s Resource Medical Center of Southern Nevada, Las Vegas Right to Life, 40 Days for Life, and Catholic Charities. At Church, she volunteers for the Outreach Committee, Pro-life Group, and St. Vincent de Paul Conference. Our mission is to help you solve your real estate problems, so you can move on with your life. Our grandsons: Sebastian and Benjamin.
